Dry Fly Port Finish Wheat Whiskey is the same whiskey as our Washington Wheat, aged 3+ years in American Oak and then moved to a Port Wine barrel for an average of 6-12 months. It has a soft port finish and a slightly higher tannin level from the port barrel.
Dry Fly is the brain child of Don Poffenroth and Kent Fleischmann, who set out to create whiskey that celebrates the beauty of the country surrounding Spokane, Washington, where the two go fishing. The wheat is sourced from the nearby Co-Ag Cooperative. Following a double distillation, the wheat mash is aged in 53-gallon new American oak barrels with a #3 char for three years.
Duality Double Malt is the World's 1st Whiskey of Its Kind, a delicious whiskey that sips like the crossroads of a smoky single malt and a robust rye. Duality Double Malt was a happy accident, an experiment gone right when the grain supplier for our Head Distiller, Justin Manglitz, didn't have enough malted rye for Justin to make a full batch of Resurgens Rye. Justin exercised his ingenuity and added malted barley into the batch. As he normally did with Resurgens, Justin retained the grain-solids of both grains throughout the whole production process (from mashing, to fermentation, to distillation). We expanded on the dual themes by finishing Duality in a combination of new & used barrels and bottling it at 88 proof. The result in Duality Double Malt is something truly unique, a testament to the innovative flavor combinations that craft distilleries across the U.S. are pioneering. The label features a number of dualistic Easter eggs, including a Scottish-Gaelic translation of the first verses in Act V, Scene I of MacBeth: "Double double, toil and trouble, fire burn, and cauldron bubble."
Eagle Rare Bourbon Whiskey is masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than ten years. Every barrel is discriminately selected to offer consistent flavor but with a seemingly individual personality. Eagle Rare is a bourbon that lives up to its name with its lofty, distinctive taste experience. TASTING NOTES: The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather, and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering.
Elijah Craig Small Batch is the signature Bourbon bearing the name of Rev. Elijah Craig, a Bourbon pioneer who is credited as the first distiller to age his whiskey in charred oak barrels. Long before the term Small Batch even existed, our Master Distillers were hand-selecting just the right number of barrels to make Elijah Craig. This expertise and attention to detail give Elijah Craig Small Batch the right balance of rich flavor and full body for a warm spice and subtle smoke flavor.
Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon begins with the same foraged high-wheat mash bill as Fiddler Unison Bourbon. We then finish it on hand-harvested, charred Georgia white oak heartwood staves that we hand-charred and placed in the barrels for the final few months of maturation. In addition to the wheat lending a soft, silky texture and salted caramel, the Georgia staves lend maple, sandalwood, oak, a rounder mouthfeel, for a textured complexity rarely seen in a bourbon.
Fiddler Unison Bourbon marries a foraged high-wheat bourbon, with our own in-house, high-malt bourbon that we distilled by hand on our traditional, double copper pot stills manufactured by Vendome Copper & Brass Works in Louisville, Kentucky.

I’ve learned over the years that life is best enjoyed in the close company of others. It’s those moments of celebrating a milestone, enjoying endless laughter into the evening, or simply an unpredictable night of caring on that makes for a memory you can always reflect on. I’ve long found that these unforgettable evenings are often best enjoyed with a rich and nuanced Bourbon in hand, which is why I’m proud to have helped carefully craft a new signature Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Aged at least 5 years and helmed in Boone County, our masterful mash bill of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley delivers a seamless sip of honey, fresh vanilla bean, and rich caramel on the palate. The rye element engages earthy and spicy notes, while the dash of barley offers bold touches of cocoa and toast. At 85 proof, this whiskey is polished and smooth. We hope you enjoy this special bottle of Bourbon that I’m proud to put my stamp on, as you bridge connections, bring people together, and enjoy life’s greatest pleasures.

The secret to the Hakushu's gentle mouthfeel and intertwined flavors of green apples, ground mustard, and mint lies in the distillery's multiple sets of copper pot stills, the two varieties of oak used for the aging barrels (American and Spanish sherry), and the naturally filtered crystalline underground water - the last of which originally dictated the forest location of the distillery.
